PayPal is owned by eBay and is used as a means of transferring funds between PayPal members. Each member has their own account. PayPal can also be used as a credit card system as a member can use a credit card to transfer funds. The vendor will have their own account which the money will be transferred into.
WorldPay offers a range of credit card processing solutions that vary in their complexity and level of integration with the site.
